Thank you to the hundreds of you that took the time to complete our feedback form.
If you follow our social media (and in particular the Deva Fest Family group) you will know that we are always listening to feedback. Truth be told we often know what could be improved as soon as an issue arises, but it is always great to hear your perspective and what you think could be better.
95% of you said you would recommend Deva Fest to a friend which goes to show why our most popular campsite Deer Park sold out within a few weeks. 60% of those who responded said that they were either returning guests or had been recommended to come along by someone else who has been to the festival before.
Overall the things that rated the highest were toilets, cleanliness, food and drink choices, fairground rides, range of entertainment and of course the atmosphere.
The relaxed atmosphere and that you feel safe during your time with us are hugely important to us - you may have seen on our socials that despite the surge in sales for 2026 we are capping our numbers at 10,000 per day as we don’t want to grow too big and lose the feeling of what Deva Fest is all about.
For our campers the check-in process, stewards and facilities rated the highest.
Late night noise was an issue for some, as was the condition of some of the glamping tents in Camp Deva.
For 2026 we have introduced a new campsite for those who want to carry on the party that bit longer with a later sound curfew (The Alan Fields) and we have changed our glamping supplier to offer a more luxurious tent with the added bonus of Electric Hook Ups. We are also looking at opening a second camping entrance to get everyone into the campsites that bit quicker next year.
General areas of improvements were identified as the queues into the festival and the WiFi. We already have plans to rejig the entrance to keep day guests (who need scanning and wrist banding) and campers apart to get you in quicker. WiFi is a headache as we are in a bit of a mobile reception dead zone - we introduced free to use public hotspots this year, but whilst they worked for some they were not as reliable as we have been assured they would be, so we are talking with our tech team to improve connectivity for 26 - watch this space!
Your favourite artists from 2025 were Stickman Project, Dick and Dom, Sigala, K-Klass, Symphonic Ibiza, Happy Monday’s, Gloria Gaynor and Cast. We are thrilled that some of these artists are joining us again for 2026 and can’t wait to share some of the headliners with you over the next few weeks!
Like last year we asked you to sum Deva Fest up in one sentence some of these included, "Absolutely fantastic family-centric festival, great music and relaxed happy vibes", "very fun, well run and lots of great music options", "family fun, brilliant atmosphere and laughter", "an August holiday that brought family together with something for everyone".
Deva Fest is an independently owned festival and we care that you have a great time with us so thank you for supporting us and we can’t wait to tell you more about 2026!
