Deva Fest, the much-loved family friendly festival set in the stunning grounds of Cholmondeley Castle in Cheshire, is celebrating a major achievement after being named Best Event or Festival at the prestigious Marketing Cheshire Tourism Awards for the second consecutive year.
The award recognises outstanding visitor experiences across the region, and Deva Fest’s back-to-back win highlights the festival’s growing reputation as one of the country’s most vibrant and welcoming summer events.
Held annually in August on the beautiful grounds of Cholmondeley Castle, Deva Fest has quickly become a standout date in the North West events calendar. Combining live music, family entertainment, artisan food and drink, wellness activities, and camping, the festival offers something for visitors of all ages. Judges praised the event for its community spirit, inclusive atmosphere, guest experience and its contribution to boosting tourism across Cheshire.
Festival organisers said the recognition is a testament to the incredible team, volunteers, partners and festival-goers who bring the event to life each year.
“Winning this award for the second year in a row is an absolute honour,” said Deva Fest founder Phil Marston. “From the artists on stage to the families who return year after year, Deva Fest is all about creating unforgettable moments together. To have that recognised by Marketing Cheshire again is incredibly special.”
Since its launch, Deva Fest has grown steadily while maintaining its friendly, independent spirit. The festival continues to champion local businesses, regional food producers and talented performers, while welcoming thousands of visitors from across the UK to experience the best of Cheshire hospitality. Deva Fest includes many extras in the ticket price such as unlimited use of their fairground, “posh” VIP-style toilets as standard and activities and attractions for all ages.
