Simon's sausage offer a variety of both England and German sausages all cooked on a charcoal BBQ.  The sausages are served in a medium finger roll because it's all about the sausage.  As a side they offer caramelised onions, crispy onions, tomato ketchup and German & English mustard plus fries to accompany. Three of their sausages are gluten free and one is vegan and they also have a new chicken sausage for a healthier option. They also offer gluten free bread.

They will be bringing energy, theatre, and fun through their Guac Shack setup, with games, giveaways, and a welcoming space to stop, refuel, and enjoy.

They have three different gluten free options as well as two vegan brownies!
