Thank you to everyone who came and partied with us for Deva Fest 2026.

Those who have been before will know that we are always looking at ways to improve the event, and what we can do differently to make the festival the best it can be.

TL:DR? Summary of Changes:

Camping will be e-ticketed with teams to check you in at your pitch, which will remove risk of postage problems

Camping windscreen stickers will still be posted out registered delivery and will clearly show whether you have paid for Thursday or Friday arrival

Additional entrance to be used for electric hook up guests in Deer Park to reduce queues

Additional facilities in Longhorn Meadow campsite

Additional water storage for showers in Longhorn Meadow to prevent water pressure issue

TICKETING & THURSDAY NIGHT ENTRANCE

Our biggest change next year will be the way we ticket the event.

In 2023, 2024 and 2025 we posted camping wristbands out to those who were eligible and the system worked well. 

In 2026 it didn't. 

For the first time we used an external distribution company, and despite hand delivering the wristbands and parking passes to them in plenty of time they took an age to send them out and then used something called "economy" for their postage, rather than the 1st class we had paid for. This meant hundreds of you didn't get your camping wristbands before you set off to see us, and understandably our socials and inbox became overwhelmed with guests worried about getting into the event.

You didn't need this. We didn't need it. We don't have a massive team, and something we had gone out of our way to avoid ended up happening in terms of wristbands not arriving with you in good time.

We worked through the night on the Wednesday to bag up replacements for those of you who told us they had not received their camping wristbands and had replacements available on the gate.

There was some confusion about arriving on Thursday evening. One guest highlighted that they had arrived on Thursday despite not paying for to do so and it soon was apparent that others were doing this as well. Our website states that a Thursday campers party add on is needed to arrive on site and access the festival on Thursday night, but the way the camping pitches were set up on the box office led to there being a loophole which showed camping pitches being booked from the Thursday for everyone. That was not what we intended.

FROM 2027 DELIVERY OF CAMPING TICKETS WILL CHANGE & THURSDAY NIGHT ARRIVALS WILL BE CHECKED

In 2027 all camping tickets will be e-ticketed.

This removes the risk of wristbands not arriving in the post and will improve flexibility - under the current system once we post wristbands to you your order is effectively locked, which means that if you need to sell at short notice or amend your booking you can't because you physically have the wristbands.

We will have a mobile team of ticket scanners on site to meet guests as they set up camp to scan your e-tickets so you shouldn't need to walk to check in.

Next year we will post out camping window stickers which will clearly state whether you have paid to arrive on Thursday or not. These will be sent in house by registered post.

If your window sticker does not state that you have paid for Thursday arrival and you try and pitch up you will not be admitted.

Having camping window stickers displayed will still allow you to drive straight into the site without us having to stop you. 

The box office will only show the Friday to Monday dates for 2027 for camping pitches.

DEER PARK CAMPSITE

Some people reported waiting as long as three hours to get into the Deer Park.

The Deer Park is our most popular campsite, but it suffers from the need for everyone entering it to have to drive through one gate which will only allow a single vehicle through at a time. This means all of the electric hook up guests waiting to be sited hold up non-EHU guests who could have just driven straight in to their area of the campsite were they able to reach it.

We are looking to introduce a second route into this campsite for EHU guests by opening the main drive into the festival field up to vehicles at peak arrival times. Doing this will separate traffic and remove the non-EHU guests from being unnecessarily caught in queues, which in turn makes it quicker for everyone.

We will also restrict the number of Thursday arrivals in this campsite. Whilst the access issues don't make it easy the fact that 90% of people for the Deer Park turn up at Midday or earlier on Thursday means the entrance gets overwhelmed too easily. Splitting the traffic up into EHU and non EHU and limiting numbers will help this.

LONGHORN MEADOW

This campsite will have more showers in 2027 complete with their own water supply to prevent pressure dropping.
