Ticketing and What You can Bring in to Deva Fest 26

Everything you need to know!
TICKETS
The tickets you will receive for the festival vary depending on whether you are camping with us for the weekend or visiting for the day, and whether or not you have booked any extras, upgrades or experiences.
If you are CAMPING in the Deer Park, Accessible, Alan Fields, Longhorn Meadow or Polo Field campsites and booked on or before June 30th we will post your wristbands and parking passes out to you w/c 20th July.
If you are staying in Camp Deva Glamping then you simply rock up at their reception where your wristbands and glamping tent will be waiting for you.
EVERYTHING ELSE IS E-TICKETED
QR codes which will will be exchanged for admission will be automatically sent to you around 14 days prior to entry
This includes
- Day tickets
- Weekend No Camping tickets
- Car Park tickets
- Camping tickets (including adding to existing bookings) made on or after 1st July
- Club Deva upgrades
- Experience tickets
You do not need to do anything to receive these tickets - they will come to your inbox automatically.
Please note that if you haven't finished paying instalments you will not receive your tickets - please < contact us > and we can provide instructions on what to do.
If you are camping, booked before the cut off date for wristbands to be posted to you, and have booked experiences or upgrades you will receive wristbands in the post for camping, whilst the experiences and/or upgrades will be e-ticketed.

WHAT CAN I BRING IN?
For everyone’s safety and comfort there are restrictions on what you can and can’t bring in to the festival field and campsites.
The following CAN be brought on to the Festival Field: Baby food / Medication / Bags / Cameras (not for commercial use) / Dogs # / Face masks / Festival chairs * / Gazebos * / Picnic blankets * / Wind breaks * / Picnics including food & soft drinks in sealed containers / Portable phone chargers / Trollies / Vapes + (only to be used outside)
* You may not put these items right in front of any of the stages
# keep dogs on a lead & clear up after them. Dogs are not allowed in Camp Deva glamping tents.
+ For everyone’s comfort and safety the festival field is a no smoking site. You may smoke within the your designated pitch in the campsites. Smoking is not permitted within glamping tents. You may smoke outside of the festival – the entrance is a short walk and you can re-enter with your wristband
You can bring the following things into campsites if you are staying with us, but CANNOT BRING THEM INTO THE FESTIVAL: Alcohol (in moderation in campsites, prohibited completely from being brought into the festival) / Aerosols / Gas cylinders $ / Gas Camping Stoves / Gas Based Barbecues / Glass / Generators $ / Sound Systems /Umbrella's
$ only fixed generators and gas cylinders installed in live-in vehicles or stoves/barbecues, or those supplied by Deva Fest are permitted. As a rule – enclosed flame fine, open flame no.
These items are not allowed ANYWHERE ON THE SITE: Air horns / Bad attitudes! / Drones / Drugs / Firearms / Fireworks / Kites / Laser pointers / Nitrous oxide / Sky lanterns / Smoke bombs / Flares / Charcoal Burning Barbecues / Campfires / Firepits
If you do not follow this guidance, you could be asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund. The promoter’s decision is final. These restrictions are for everyone’s safety. We will be inspecting bags on the way in and enforcing these rules. Please respect others and follow the guidance so we can all have a safe and enjoyable event!
