It's really true all of our fairground rides are INCLUDED in the cost of your ticket.  Ride as often as you like (open Friday to Sunday from midday to 2200).

As you can imagine on some of the more daring stuff height restrictions apply.

Introducing Wonderland where Alice, the Mad Hatter and friends will personally welcome you to a whimsical world of music and imagination. You will find our Cheshire Cat Stage here (presented again by Weetwood - Cheshire Beers and Spirits) and our brand new Back in the Day Time day rave big top.

But that's not all! Our friends at Oddfellows Chester will be whisking you to Alice's Parlour where you be able to enjoy their sumptuous Afternoon Tea (charges apply for afternoon tea!)

Wonderland is part of our festival site and no additional tickets are needed to enter.

Chester Zoo will be making its second appearance at Deva Fest this year. Festival goers can expect games, shows and animal science all whilst exploring the weird and wonderful world of nature. On top of all of that, we'll also have face painting fun and a pop-up shop, the perfect place to buy your very own cuddly animals to take home – all while contributing to our species-saving work around the world.

Please note there will be no animals at the festival. They are safest staying in the zoo!

Chester Zoo’s spectacular animal lanterns will be lighting up Deva Fest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings.  Originally created for Lanterns and Light, these interactive puppets are bursting with colour, movement and character. Each one is handcrafted for the zoo and inspired by real species from around the world.

Back by popular demand for 2026 is our Silent Disco taking place at the Wrexham Lager Big Top on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8.30pm til we close.

We are delighted to welcome The Grand Cavalcade back for 2026. Roll up roll up for story telling, explosive science shows, comedy, workshops and live music in the Magic Lantern with Professor Pumpernickel, Gacko Trunks and friends. The Cavalcade are in town from Friday to Sunday.

Guinness world record holder Chris Marley will be back in 2026 with the little big top hosting juggling and acrobatic circus workshops from Friday through to Sunday. And each day as the sun goes down get ready for a super show featuring fire and some amazing juggling skills!

SuperPirates energetic crew of entertainers are on a mission to share a whole lot of joy and to inspire your kids to believe in their awesomeness.  Expect loads of inflatables, hugely wild group games, impromptu raves and a daily water slide.

SuperPirates are all about play and all about letting kids be kids; your kids can join in however makes them happiest.  Barrels full of fun, silliness and controlled chaos awaits! 

The greatest show in the world will be back for 2026 filling the Deva Fest site with bubbles and shows!

Imagine the biggest and most dramatic bubble effects: people inside bubbles! GIANT bubbles! Clouds of billions of bubbles literally filling the sky! They’ve actually broken the Guinness World Record for the World’s Largest Bubble AND the Most People Inside a Giant Bubble.

And on Saturday we have an extra treat as SamSam Bubbleman puts on a super bubble show in the Wrexham Lager Big Top!

Our resident MC Danny Mcloughlin will again host Deva Laughs Friday to Sunday from 5pm to 8pm.  Expect names you have heard and some of the finest emerging comedy talent. Comedy is family friendly for the first hour and 16+ from 5pm onward

Britain's Got Talent semi finalists Amasing are back for 2026 with their drumming and dance workshops in the huge spider dome! Get ready to sing and dance!

Nelly's Nest will again be in attendance to provide neurodiversity accessibility. The Nest is equipped with resources, sensory tools, deescalation equipment and trained therapeutic staff to allow Deva Fest to be more accessible to those with hidden needs.

We’re thrilled to announce that Greenpeace will be joining us for 2026! They’ll be bringing their interactive activities designed to inspire and educate visitors about protecting our planet. Stop by their area to learn more about the environment, sustainability, and how you can make a difference.

Laughter Tots Chester have been with us since the very first Deva Fest offering messy, craft and sensory play for pre schoolers and tots! Washing powder not included!!

Get ready for a stunning showcase of automotive artistry.  Expect to see beautifully restored and modified Volkswagen beetles and campers, alongside hot rods, gasser drag race cars and other jaw-dropping custom cars.

The wonderful team from the Chester Midsummer Watch Parade will be back for their sixth year with a parade and street art! Saturday only.

One of England's finest, the gardens of Cholmondeley Castle will be open for you to explore between 1200 and 1700 from Friday to Sunday. Discover the romantic Temple and Folly Water Gardens, double herbaceous bordered Lavinia Walk, Glade, Arboretum, and the ornamental woodland upon Tower Hill. This is the ultimate festival chill out space!

We love food at Deva Fest and that's why we hand-pick all of our food traders.  We have hundreds of vendors applying each year and only the lucky ones make it. 

Food to us is part of the festival experience. Trying something new, share with friends or your pooch!

We try to pick something for all tastes and also try to keep prices as low as possible.  Gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options are available from the majority of our vendors.  Savoury and sweet treats, make sure you leave your diet at home!

Day time at Deva just got a glow up....

Announcing our brand new party in a big top......Back in the Day Time!

Kicking off from just after we open every day prepare to be dance like nobody is watching (even though everyone is!) to hands-in-the air bangers all afternoon and into the evening.

Seb Fontaine Clint Boon from the Inspirals and LOTTIE lead our daily line ups spinning you wall-to-wall dance and indie anthems.

The BITD big top is part of our new Wonderland zone - more on that next week. 

Make those shapes people!!!

Lumberjaxe (As Seen On Dragons' Den) will light the fires, smoke all the meats and bring a wild amount of heat to Deva Fest this year with the firestage.

They will host cooking-over-fire and BBQ demonstrations during the festival, bringing all the flavour with their seasonings and sauces along with some laughter and entertainment. This is one not to be missed. They will be cookin' up everything from Fast Fired Chicken, to reversed seared Tomahawk Steaks while Cookin' Up Good Times!

Our friends from North Clwyd Animal Rescue are back for 2026. Bring your fury friends along for health and wellness talks, shopping stalls, doggy treats, puppy art and festival fun! Plus our dog show is back on Saturday and Sunday with registrations open on Friday, there is a small fee for entries but this goes to NCAR and our guests managed to raise over £1000 last year.

Head along to our free BSL sessions running every 30 minutes from 1pm–6pm on Saturday. Throughout the day, sessions will alternate between BSL Basics - introducing simple everyday signs and communication and Signed Songs - fun interactive sessions teaching songs through BSL

Open to all ages and abilities, with no booking required. Just drop in, join the fun, and give it a go!

The Forza Sports Activation Area is a fun space in the camping area where kids and families can get involved in games, sports and festival fun throughout the morning. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am – 1:00pm, the area will have plenty of activities to keep children active and entertained.
